		<description>I believe that the free shipping supplies you are talking about are the ones you can only use for priority mail (they have "priority mail" written all over it), it is more expensive to use priority mail but you don't pay extra for the shipping supplies. They do have those at the office for free. They also sell boxes if you don't want to use priority mail.</description>
