Now I married with my lovely wife who is US citizen and we live in Murfreeboro, TN. Can anyone give me the right office to go ask the step of the process, I do not want to pay for lawyer or do it on my own.

Regarding UK immigration: Do you think the home office will restrict Tier 2 to shortage occupations only?

The home office has asked David Metcalf, the head of MAC to research if Tier 2 work permits could be restricted to shortage occupations only (occupations that are in short supply of applicants)? Do you think they would economically be able to do this or would this be feasible? Surely even if a job is not on the shortage list, there could very well be a shortage of applicants, even in the economic quagmire we are in.
