pitkorfam asked: office manager knows of issues within the office regarding employees/raises/work performances etc-she discusses the situations with her family and also friends that have nothing to do with the office-she gets their advise and sometimes applies it to whatever the situation is-not sure if this is under the hipaa rule or a medical ethic problem

LaKeia asked: How will employees in the medical office have to be
trained regarding privacy (for example, who is responsible
for training and record keeping)? What is required if
an employee doesn’t follow the privacy policy? When
must employees be trained? In what manner?

ATLien asked: I have completed the application for my security clearance but now I need to sign and send some documents to the office that sponsored the investigation. I can’t find the letter I was sent in the mail and that seems to be the only place the office name could be found. How do I find out which office sponsored me? This investigation is to update my US Army clearance.
I am no longer active duty. I must maintain my clearance in case I am called back to serve.

Allanas asked: I want to be able to leave joint assets to the people who need control of them, and I want certain things done if I’m ever unable to care for myself.
Can I just fill out one of those, or do I need to see a lawyer?

jeff a asked: I reported a company for infringing on my copyright. They are now trying to dispute my design is not of what they use. Instead of them present proof it is different. The hosting service is requiring me to supply it. I feel I have done what I need to under the DMCA.
Any help will be welcome. The copyright office does not supply photos with the copyright. I feel I am being harassed.
