kissbigal asked: I have been working in the building industry and would like to change career paths. I have never worked in an office (other than (school) work expirience.) I have basic computer skills but would need complete training in other office skills. I am eager to learn and am not sure where to find the opportunity or where to start.

Let me help asked: Name some jobs or elective offices where you can get medical benefits for the rest of your life (even in retirement) after fewer than 5 years on the job or in office. Preferably in California.

mistameter8292 asked: I applied for a job at a office supply store, signed the criminal background check paper, and got the drug test forms and went and had the drug test done. On top of the drug test form though for the employer, it had their corporate address and just the store number but with all the corporate address contact info. So im assuming it has to go to them first, then back up to the one I want to work at. How long should that take till I hear back?
yeah i had the interview and didnt have to pay for the drug test.
I took the drug test about a week ago though. Never done a drug in my life so I surely passed it.

Kingfish asked:
About a year and a half, after graduating college with a Business Administration degree, I went to work for a major office supply chain, and stayed there for nearly two years hoping that my degree would make my Store Manager and District Manager push me up the latter-Didn’t happen. In fact, they did the opposite, they passed me over everytime for kids with both a lesser education and people who did a lesser job than I. They even promoted a guy who really should have been fired, let alone promoted.
Can someone expain this to me?

kim asked: Would the heavier duty paper come out ok on a regular inkjet printer? If you recommend just buying the paper, what kind would you suggest (nothing too expensive)?
Do you think it would be better just to take to Kinko’s?
Is there a real big difference in price between the two options?

lindaweathersbysmith asked:
I’ve been selling imaging supplies for printers and fax machines for almost nine years now. I want to move on. I’ve learned so many other great skills in the process, but where do I start? Any ideas?
