Albina A asked: Our surroundings have a direct link to our lives. Since we spendĀ 40 or more hours at our jobs weekly, it is essential to your health and longevity that your place of work is as conducive to wellness as possible. How do you think airing of an office, plants at an office, pleasure received from work, correct bearing and so on help to keep health and longevity? Please share your own opinion with me.

Julie asked:
Ok so my office supplies styrofoam cups, plastic forks, spoons and knifes..
I have aske the purchasing dept. to think about cutting all these waste full things out.. They all look at me like they are crazy..
Do they not see how much $$ it would save (company’s perspective)
Do they not see all the waste we create??
I did suggest we all bring in our own coffee cups, water cups, and utensils for eatting..
They just don’t get it??
Any suggestions?? How to cut out some of this waste we create just in the kitchen @ work??

Drake asked:
These days, most office chairs are constructed of a veritable slew of carcinogenic and neurotoxic chemicals, that continue to outgass for years after purchase. Since having cancer doesn’t appeal to me, I’d like a chair that will not outgass these things. At local office supply and furniture stores, would I be able to find any chairs that will be safe to use? What kind should I look for?
