Hi all,

I work as a programmer, and I am having a problem with finding anything to eat in the office.

Preparing it at home is hard, considering you already do it when you get home. You can buy stuff from a grocery store but that isn’t really too appealing, although it helps to eat sometimes from there.

The food supplied here is so unhealthy, but regardless not really tasty or attractive. But they also offer ice-creams of several kinds. So I thought why not eat considerable amount of ice cream?

From what I heard, it’s very healthy, and is nutritive. Also I eat it not right away when it’s too cold, but wait a little so it doesn’t freeze my mouth.

Is this reasonable and enough to survive when I am working?

Thanks!
Thanks, but also just to note I don’t have a weight problem.
