Fighter of the Nightman asked: After watching all the episodes of The Office, I thought that working in an office would be quite kickass. What are some professions that require working in an office?

Desiree D asked: We are currently in the process of moving our office and a serious make over is needed for the new building. We’re having wood floors put in and the reception area is going to be getting a new desk. We’re having difficulties choosing which colors to paint the walls of the reception area, parts office, conference room and other offices. We’ve heard yellow and oranges are very welcoming but I can’t seem to get excited about those colors. Any suggestions or advice is welcome
We’ve found the relaxing colors to be a little too relaxing for working. I guess we’re wanting vibrant welcoming colors…I would love to have blues and greens but the bosses aren’t going for it.

Parker asked: I work from home and am a web designer.
I am in my office chair about 10+ hours/day
What is the best Ergonomic executive office chair?
So far I’ve considered the Aeron chair and the Freedom Chair by HumanScale.
Anyone have some other suggestions?

M B asked: I am having a hard time locating office space in the airpark area. Either the agents won’t return the calls, smaller space is unavailable, or it is an executive suite, which we are not interested in. I know there are a lot of offices, but I am not sure how to find the right one. I am looking for an office between 500 - 750 sq ft. Any suggestions?

Vane Carr asked: I just opened up my dental office in the Bay Area and my cousin just opened one up in L.A. We’re both starting from scratch and we’re already in business. I would like some advice on how to increase our number of clients, how to promote our offices, and where to promote our offices. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for all the answers so far. Any tips for promoting our offices online?
