How can I temporarily change the language of office 2007 from dutch to english?

office
Marco.m asked:

I normally use office 2007 (dutch version). However next week I have a friend from France coming over and I want him to be able to use office in French (preferably with french spell checker). Can anyone tell me how to this? I would prefer to able to switch between the two languages easily.

Thanks in advance!

You can’t. You can change the spelling to another language… But not the entire office.. then you need to download or buy a Office package in that language.

    Good luck. Bob

You need the English language pack for MS Office 2007. It also changes the user interface (menus, buttons etc.) and installs spell checker, thesaurus too.

If you have any questions just message me. Hey look, it’s ME!!!

If you just need to have French grammer and spell check you should be able to activate this without buying a Language Pack.
When your friend types in French, your Office applications should automatically detect this and check for grammer and spelling appropriately. You can insure this happens by following this guide:

However, if you need to have the user interface displayed in French follow Hey Look it’s Me’s link to purchase the Dutch Language Pack.
