Keep applying to Doctor's offices, Chiropractor's offices, Dentist offices. Most of these will be satisfactorily staffed, but turnover is great in these types of jobs. Market yourself as a secretary/front desk person first, with a future in billing. Many offices will see an asset with potential for multiuse. But again, patience is key as openings may arise in a moment's notice.
