How to clean the wheels of my office chair from hair?

Is there any way this can be done with some chemical or can you recommend easier way to do it?
As many of the office chairs, mine is also plastic ( the wheels).

I dont think you can use any chemicals, you can try cutting it with scissors>

Cut through the hair with a craft knife blade or similar and just pull it off. Have the same problem with my office chair as I have 4 cats and 2 dogs! Silver Lady
