JDzilent asked: A friend of mine got a problem with her local post office, they haven’t delivered her mail because they said she moved which is not true and they don’t want to admit their mistake. As a result, important mail such as cellphone bills and her driving license haven’t arrived. She’s struggling with late fees and interests, what can she do to end this problem?
She hasn’t moved. She’s been in the same place since 2008.

Ansi C asked: I am about to move and I will still have access to my old house but it is not that close. I am expecting some important mails within the next couple of months and I can not really change my address with them. I am thinking about doing a mail forwarding with the post office but I am not sure if it is reliable. If for some reason the post office fails to deliver to my new address, would the mails still go to my old address? I just do not want the mails to be sent back to the sender - I would be really screwed if that happens.
Thanks for your tips.

ATLien asked: I have completed the application for my security clearance but now I need to sign and send some documents to the office that sponsored the investigation. I can’t find the letter I was sent in the mail and that seems to be the only place the office name could be found. How do I find out which office sponsored me? This investigation is to update my US Army clearance.
I am no longer active duty. I must maintain my clearance in case I am called back to serve.

plattersby asked: Today is Sunday and the post office is closed, I am preparing some packages to mail tomorrow. One is going to Germany (from the US)
I have a supply of two different kinds of customs forms. One is oblong (smaller) with a square green section on the left and a rectangular white section on the right. The other is a larger all white form which is basically square.
Which do I need to fill out for Germany?
The package is basically 13X13X1 (contains phonograph records–2 LPs).
