Staples, Office Depot, and Office Max are mostly better for the small stuff like glue, erasers, and rulers.. Wal Mart and Target are sually good for the pens and pencils.. And everything else ((binders, paper, notebooks, etc..)) is kinda shooot and miss: One week its cheaper at Target and the next its cheaper at Staples or somewhere else..

Honestly Walmart is as good as you can go. They are the biggest company in the US with stores everywhere. And they will beat competitors prices always. So if you buy something and elsewhere it turns out to be cheaper or on special you can tell and they will give you that price or a lower one.
