Getting your MBA will promote you faster and get better pay but after that the MBA isn't regarded as much just like the college degree. It would be worthwhile to look over their qualifications, your qualifications and what qualifications the company expects from their employees. When you apply for a promotional opportunity, you go to an interview with a manager. And there, a manager will look over not just your education but also your work history. There are a LOT of retail managers who don't have a college degree but they're damn good managers. College is overrated in case you haven't already figured that out.
