Not only will the number of job applicants and company image increase, but you will also be able to create a workplace where diverse human resources can play an active role, and receive preferential treatment in public financing!

As it is certain that the working population will decrease in the future, there is a need for “companies and societies where women can play an active role.”
Creating a workplace where women can play an active role also means creating a workplace that is easy to work in, and it can be said that a new society is needed that accepts the diversity of work styles of all workers, such as the ability for not only women but also men to take childcare leave.
This DVD explains the revised Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, which will be enacted in April 2022 in response to the needs of the times, from an overview of the amendment to the benefits of promoting women’s empowerment, key points for promoting it, and the practicalities of formulating an action plan to promote it.

Furthermore, this product covers everything from explanations to practical work, with attached materials that can be used in practice, such as formats and entry examples for planning notifications and action plans, sheets for understanding the current status and situation of the client’s workplace, and tools for proposal materials to the client.
