V-Cone Knock Retractable Water-Based Ballpoint Pen / Pilot

Most water-based pens can’t use a retractable mechanism because the ink would dry out or leak, but Pilot engineered a low-viscosity dedicated ink that makes it work. The result is the smooth, skip-free flow of a liquid water-based pen with the click-to-open convenience of a ballpoint, plus faster drying and smear resistance.
